A near miss yesterday to round off a quiet few days, but a profitable bet nonetheless. This was one horse that could also be backed on Betfair, as well as each way, for a place only as the odds were similar to the bookies place odds (I obtained 2.72).  Place betting is an option but only at prices that are acceptable.

Today there is not much to go on again. There is one horse I’m interested in but the price needs to be better than currently available for me. Therefore I’m recommending a bet on this one only if you can get 7/2 or better. (at the moment the best price is 11/4)
